My halmi played a big part in my appreciation for traditional Korean foods with digestive and medicinal properties, and why Halmi exists. But Halmi isn’t just about mixing the old and the new - it's a way to honor our roots, strengthen ancestral connections, and to celebrate our hyphenated identities in a refreshing way.
